  • Take 30-60 minutes to read something positive, inspirational, motivational
    • Will make you more productive, creative, resilient, mentally fit
  • Consume healthy, nutritious foods
    • Eat fruits/vegetables/whole grains, d rink fruit juice/water, avoidfatty foods/carbs
    • Will help you feel more energetic, alert, and optimistic (like there’s nothing you can’t do)
  • Plan your day and prioritize what needs to be done the night before
